Deep fried koftes with bean & onion salad

Taking it's traditional name from a woman's thigh, this kofte is famous for it's texture. Battered and deep fried koftes served with piyaz – always a must serve garnish to kofte.

Chilled, cooked product – reheat from cold


  •  Preheat oven to 180˚C
  • Carefully remove all packaging and place the Koftes in an ovenproof dish or pan
  • Heat in the oven for 5- 10 minutes
