Mainly sold at vegetable markets in Turkey, a hand rolled gozleme can be served throughout the day alongside tea.

To cook

  • Remove from the fridge, unwrap, unfold once, and set aside for five minutes
  • The gozleme is a filled flatbread and should be semi circular
  • Rub a large frying pan lightly with oil and put it on medium heat
  • Place the gozleme on the pan and heat until golden brown and crisp on both sides
