Hand rolled filo pastry with beef
Mainly sold at vegetable markets in Turkey, a hand rolled gozleme can be served throughout the day alongside tea.
Contains: dairy, gluten, beef
Chilled, cooked product
- Remove from the fridge, unwrap, unfold once, and set aside for five minutes
- The gozleme is a filled flatbread and should be semi circular
- Rub a large frying pan lightly with oil and put it on medium heat
- Place the gozleme on the pan and heat until golden brown and crisp on both sides
